Aripin Josua Sitorus is a Partner with more than 15 years of professional experience in law. Drawing on his work with individuals and companies, he focuses on providing legal support that offers certainty, protects clients’ interests, and aligns with business needs.
Aripin’s expertise includes legal drafting, legal due diligence, corporate legal assistance, and both litigation and nonlitigation matters. This breadth of expertise enables him to provide comprehensive legal solutions, from risk mitigation to effective dispute resolution.
Throughout his career, Aripin has assisted clients in matters including class action lawsuits, employment disputes, pretrial proceedings (praperadilan), and court approval of settlement agreements in bankruptcy cases. This experience has given him a strong foundation for developing legal strategies suited to the specific circumstances of each case.
Aripin holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Garut and a master’s degree in law from Universitas Jayabaya. As a sworn advocate who holds an advocate identification card issued by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), he is authorized to handle litigation and nonlitigation matters and represent clients in and out of court.
His credentials also include certification as a Government Goods and Services Procurement Expert, complementing his ability to provide legal support to businesses and government institutions. In addition to assisting clients, Aripin has spoken at events on criminal law, particularly the handling of narcotics cases within the military.
