During her distinguished career of over 33 years at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), Anita played a pivotal role in various strategic initiatives that shaped Indonesia’s tax administration reform.
Her national contributions include serving as the Head of the Change Management Program for the Project for Indonesia Tax Administration Reform (PINTAR), and as a core team member designing the Value Added Tax (VAT) Refund scheme. She was also instrumental in preparing the e-Faktur implementation, drafting the Integrated Service Place (TPT) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and standardizing services for the Tax Amnesty Program.
Her leadership tenure within the DGT—serving as Head of the Sub-directorate of Taxpayer Services under the Directorate of Tax Counseling, Services, and Public Relations (P2Humas), alongside leading several Tax Services Offices (KPP)—has honed her ability to translate complex tax regulations into clear, practical policies and services for taxpayers across diverse business sectors.
This extensive background solidifies her expertise in tax administration, compliance strategies, tax business process transformation, tax governance, service quality enhancement, and tax authority relations and communications.
Anita’s professional competence is backed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Case Western Reserve University, United States.
